Steve Clark - Gainwell Technologies

Steve Clark is chief human resources officer for Gainwell Technologies. His role is to help the company establish and enhance its culture, mission and values to ensure Gainwell provides meaningful experiences for its colleagues. Steve’s priorities include linking business and HR strategies, building organizational capability, driving transformational change, and making talent, diversity and culture competitive advantages.

Steve brings more than three decades of leadership experience to his role. Most notably, he served as Chief People Officer at H.J. Heinz Company, the global consumer food icon. He also served as Chief HR Officer at Vista Outdoor, a leading designer and manufacturer of outdoor sports and recreation products.

Before joining Gainwell, Steve led HR, Communications, Government Affairs and Environmental Health & Safety for Lear’s Asia Pacific business. At the same time, he also led Lear’s Global Centers of Excellence, including Leadership & Organizational Development, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services.

A seasoned executive who has conducted business in more than 25 countries, Steve is a results-oriented, people-focused leader known for building inclusive teams.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in French and Psychology and a master’s in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University.
