Mary is an accomplished executive leader with a long track record of transformation within healthcare. She has more than 30 years of senior leadership experience and is passionate about modernizing and optimizing healthcare delivery and operations to create value for providers and patients.

Before Gainwell, Mary served as president of NTT DATA’s North America Provider Healthcare and Canada Government business unit. This unit ran the infrastructure, applications and core business processes for the top health systems across North America in addition to providing consultative services on complex business issues.

Mary also served as senior vice president, commercial markets, for HM Health Solutions, which delivers a BPaaS solution to a variety of Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans via a single-instance, multi-tenant platform. Mary also enjoyed a 22-year career at Accenture where she led sales for the global Health & Public Sector business and oversaw Accenture Federal’s Civilian Health portfolio. These businesses provided consultation and transformation across applications, infrastructure and business process services and delivered managed services to government clients, including Medicaid and Medicare programs.

Mary is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of both Westminster College and Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western University, where she earned an MBA.
