Throughout his career in healthcare IT, Jeff has been known for building strong relationships with client executives and has great expertise in account management, contract compliance, ongoing operations and program management, as well as sales and team leadership. His diverse experience also includes leading large-scale implementations, capturing clinical quality measures and streamlining the stakeholder experience. Jeff partners with his clients to achieve their program goals by focusing on continuous improvement, innovation and a commitment to delivery excellence.

Previously, Jeff was sector general manager for DXC Technology, serving six Southern states and the government of Puerto Rico Medicaid program. Prior to that, he served at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as account executive for the state of Georgia and at Hewlett Packard as account executive for the state of Florida, as well as deputy account executive for Provider/Recipient Relations. He also worked at EDS as client delivery executive for the TennCare MMIS implementation.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Georgia.
