Chris is an experienced executive who brings more than 30 years of business and IT services experience across multiple industry domains. He has a proven track record of building strong relationships by aligning technology to his clients’ needs, identifying new digital transformation ideas and suggesting innovative ways of providing services to meet changing business demands. His strong client relationship management skills and depth of understanding in commercial and public sector Health and Human Services is key to positioning clients for the future.

Previously, Chris held regional leadership positions at EDS, HP and DXC Technology. Most recently, he led client relationships for one of the largest integrated eligibility systems in the nation, as well as multiple states servicing Medicaid and public health. In this role, he focused on quality delivery and proposed strategic improvements, enabled by digital technologies. Chris has also served as an account executive and program manager for a variety of consumer, retail, financial services and healthcare accounts, including Blue Shield of California (BSC).

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. He is committed to giving back to his community and has served on the boards of YMCA of San Francisco and Junior Achievement of Iowa.
