For Verifiers
If you are seeking commercial verification for a current or former employee of Gainwell Technologies, visit tncverify.com to create (or log in to) an account with Thomas & Company. You will then be able to order and pay for any needed verification(s). For all commercial verifiers, a nominal fee applies based on the type of verification completed.
To obtain the verification, you may need any or all of the following:
- Employee’s social security number
- Company code (use GAIN as the company code)
- Verifier PIN (wage verification only; provided by employee)

If you are a current or former employee of Gainwell Technologies and need a wage verification for a commercial verifier, visit tncverify.com to request your verifier PIN. Select the green Employee Access button and follow the on-screen instructions.
You will need your:
- Name
- Social security number
- Email address
- Authentication ID (Your Authentication ID will be the last four digits of your SSN and your birth year. For example, if your SSN ends in 1234 and your birth year is 1980, you would enter 12341980)
- Company code (use GAIN as the company code)
