Paul Bruno is senior vice president of delivery operations, responsible for delivery of all services to Gainwell clients. These services include business process outsourcing, applications development and maintenance, analytics, security, product implementation services and infrastructure management.
Paul transitioned from DXC Technology to Gainwell at its inception following the sale of DXC’s U.S. State & Local Health & Human Services business to Veritas Capital. His most recent role there was as service delivery lead for Healthcare & Life Sciences, responsible for all aspects of the delivery life cycle, including successful implementation, quality and client satisfaction.
Paul has had a career focus on state and local healthcare in a variety of executive management roles in service delivery since 2012. Prior to joining DXC in 2017, he had a more than 30-year career with Hewlett Packard and HP Enterprise Services, with roles in systems integration consulting, life sciences, financial services and manufacturing among others.
Paul earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
