Tim Fairbanks

Tim leads our financial strategy, overseeing accounting and financial planning and analysis to support our continued growth and business objectives.

Before Gainwell, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Convey Health Solutions, guiding the organization through various stages of growth, including public offerings and three private equity investments.

Tim brings over 20 years of experience as CFO for organizations such as Republic Services Group and NationsHealth. He has extensive expertise in financial management and strategic leadership. Additionally, Tim has played a key role in three public offerings—two on the NYSE and one on the Nasdaq.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
