With deep expertise in healthcare technology and services marketing, Susan plays a key role in aligning marketing strategy with the company’s long-term vision and growth objectives.
Prior to joining Gainwell, Susan was CMO at Amwell, a digital health technology company. At Optum, as senior vice president of provider marketing, she realigned marketing strategies for a $4 billion business unit, fostering stronger market engagement and driving large-scale growth initiatives. At Aetna, she led the company’s marketing efforts to position Aetna as a leader in provider-facing technology solutions and value-based care enablement.
Susan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from the College of the Holy Cross and resides in Concord, Massachusetts.
