Paul previously served as executive vice president and CFO for DXC Technology, where he was responsible for strategy, financial operations, controllership, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, customer contracting and global supply chain. In that role, he helped lead the company’s business transformation including the merger with Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services and the acquisition of Luxoft.

Paul’s 35+ years of corporate finance and operational experience also includes CFO roles at leading companies such as CSC, Gannett Co., Sprint Nextel and Walt Disney International.

He serves on the board of directors of Anterix, a wireless broadband communications company.

Paul holds an MBA with distinction in finance; an MS in computer, information and control engineering; and a BS in electrical engineering, all from the University of Michigan.
