Prior to joining Gainwell, Natalie served as the chief HR officer at Consilio LLC, a global leader in eDiscovery and legal services, and prior to that as head of HR at Jostens, industry leader for yearbooks, class rings and graduation products. In these leadership roles and others with Travelers Insurance and Best Buy, Natalie supported the companies’ evolution and growth strategies through business initiatives and talent transformations.
Recent accolades include Natalie being named in the Savoy Magazine “2019 Most Influential Women in Corporate America” listing, receiving the “OnCon Icon HR Award” in 2020 for her leadership and contributions to the HR professional community, along with the DCA Live’s 2021 HR Leader of the Year.
Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University and Master’s from the University of MN. She serves as an executive mentor for Menttium Corporation for the past 6+ years, serves on the Transformation Advisory Council for GED Testing Service, served as President of the Jostens Foundation and is also a mentor for INROADS, a non-profit organization focused on developing talented minority youth in business and preparing them for corporate and community leadership opportunities.
