Before joining Gainwell, Jeff oversaw Humana’s Wellness business and established its Digital Center of Excellence, spearheading digital transformation across the company’s web, mobile and social platforms. Jeff was instrumental in crafting user-friendly, data-driven and personalized digital experiences that empowered Humana’s members to proactively manage their health.
Earlier in his career, Jeff served as the Vice President of Digital Marketing, Strategy and Channels at TIAA-CREF Financial Services, leading enterprise-wide digital initiatives resulting in record-high customer satisfaction. He has held executive roles at The Hartford and spent 16 years at UPS — overseeing the company’s Global Digital Channel comprising 104 country websites in 32 languages.
Jeff holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
