Bill is a hands-on leader who leverages his experience selling to States in the Medicaid market. A seasoned professional, he has more than 30 years of sales experience, leading the Medicaid sales team for more than a decade of that time. He honed his knowledge and expertise through careers with Gainwell and its predecessors — EDS, HP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and DXC — for 20 of those years.
Bill earned a BS degree from the University of Illinois. He lives in the Sacramento, CA area.
